一、 106 年 2 月 6 日聯合介聘作業籌備會審議通過
二、依據該作業要點六、現職教師應具下列資格，始得申請介聘：
(一)符合「國民中小學校長主任教師甄選儲訓遷調及介聘辦法」第 12 條等相關規定，另申請留職停薪之教師，應經主管教育行政機關核准於介聘生效日期(當年 8 月 1 日)前回職復薪。
(二)申請介聘至國立大學或國立教育大學附設實驗小學，應具有一般地區教師資格。
三、國民中小學校長主任教師甄選儲訓遷調及介聘辦法第 12 條規定如下：
國民中、小學現職教師，除離島建設條例或直轄市、縣（市）主管教育行政機關另有規定外，應在同一學校實際服務滿六學期以上，且無下列各款情事者，始得申請介聘：
一、教師法第十四條第一項各款情事之一。
二、涉校園性侵害、性騷擾或性霸凌事件，尚在調查階段。
三、已進入不適任教師處理流程輔導期及評議期。
四、中華民國九十二年八月一日師資培育公費助學金及分發服務辦法修正施行後入學之公費學生，於義務服務期間。
前項規定自中華民國一百零五年八月一日施行，施行前，仍依一百零四年二月二十四日修正施行前之規定辦理。
