1.活動時間： 106 年 7 月 11 日（星期二）至 7 月 13 日（星期四）計三天兩夜；倘若因颱風或其他不可抗力因素，本活動則改期至 106 年 7 月 18 日至 7 月 20 日（星期二至星期四）辦理，活動延期公告將由基隆市政府教育處統一發布於基隆市政府教育處全球資訊網(http://www.kl.edu.tw/v7/eduweb/)。
2.參加學生：國小三年級至國中三年級輔導有案之視障學生，以未曾參加過此活動者為優先。
3.報名時間：自 106 年 6 月 1 日至 6 月 10 日截止。
4.報名方式：採「電子郵件暨紙本」報名，電子郵件請 mail 至liyejin@yahoo.com.tw信箱，另核章後報名表郵寄至新營區公誠國小(730 台南市新營區興業里 4 鄰公誠街 5 號 李宜晉老師收)。
