~主旨：函轉教育部「健康上網一起來」宣導資料(如附件)，請各學校協助宣導，請查照。
說明：
一、依據教育部 106 年 6 月 3 日臺教資(三)字第 1060079561 號函辦理。
二、為協助家長於暑假期間培養孩子良好的健康安全上網習慣，讓學生在安全、合理、合宜及合法的準則下，善用網路以豐富生活與學習。爰提出「一聽二規三動動，四感五慣六讚讚」易懂易記之內容，茲說明如下：
(一)一聽：傾聽孩子的需求。
(二)二規：對孩子上網作規範。
(三)三動動：每使用 30 分鐘 3C 產品，就要站起來活動 10 分鐘。
(四)四感：培養子女的歸屬感、愉悅感、成就感及意義感之高四感生活。
(五)五慣：培養人、事、時、地、物五種網路使用的好習慣：
１、人：和父母討論網路交友情形。
２、事：保護自己與他人隱私。
３、時：規定每天網路使用時間上限；每天先做完功課再上網。
４、地：睡覺時手機不放床邊，電腦放在公共區域。
５、物：使用適合年齡遊戲。
(六)六讚讚：多稱讚孩子合理使用網路的行為
三、為使學生在家亦能安全上網，避免瀏覽不適宜資訊，教育部開發「網路守護天使(NGA)」軟體，民眾可在網路守護天使推廣網站（ nga.moe.edu.tw ）免費下載使用。本軟體針對個人電腦使用者，提供不適宜瀏覽資訊過濾防制服務，並有網路使用停歇及停止上網時段設定功能，可避免學童網路沉迷，養成良好的電腦及網路使用習慣，請轉知家長下載安裝使用。
