一、查旨揭條例第 5 條規定：「（第 1 項）依前條規定重行核計退離給與後，有溢領退離給與者，應由核發機關自本條例施行後 1 年內，依下列規定以書面處分令領受人或其經採認之社團專職年資所屬社團返還之：……。（第 2 項）前項規定返還溢領退離給與時，由核發機關依各公職人員所適用之退離給與追繳規定，進行追繳。」準此，各核發機關於銓敘部重行核計退離給與後，本條例施行 1 年內，應依上開規定，以書面追繳溢領退離給與。現內政部確認社團(政黨)正式全銜，將得以作為日後依法追繳溢領退離給與之參據。
二、內政部確認旨揭社團(政黨)正式全銜如后:
(一)中國國民黨（無更名）。
(二)中華民國民眾服務總社（無更名）。
(三)中國青年反共救國團更名為「中國青年救國團」。
(四)中國童子軍總會更名為「中華民國童軍總會」。
(五)中國大陸災胞救濟總會更名為「中華救助總會」。
(六)另世界反共聯盟中國分會、亞洲人民反共聯盟中國總會及三民主義大同盟等三個團體，僅有近似之資料可稽，並無完全符合之資料:
１、亞洲人民反共聯盟中華民國總會、世界反共聯盟中華民國分會發展成「世界自由民主聯盟中華民國總會」。
２、「三民主義統一中國大同盟」簡稱三民主義大同盟。
