~主旨：函轉財團法人國際單親兒童文教基金會辦理「2018 傑出單親母親表揚活動」事宜，請各校輔導室推薦適當人選提出申請，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據財團法人國際單親兒童文教基金會 106 年 9 月 15 日單親兒 106 字第 023 號函辦理。
二、該基金會於 1995 年由會長黃越綏女士捐助設立，成立 20 年來，主要以服務弱勢、清寒單親家庭及子女為目標，提供個案服務、成長團體、就業、法律、親子輔導、單親獎學金，並舉辦各類型活動等，協助單親家庭走出困境。
三、該基金會為表揚辛勤努力的傑出單親母親，特辦理「2018 傑出單親母親表揚活動」，藉這些不平凡為愛犧牲付出的故事，給予社會大眾正向的啟發，並肯定與表揚弱勢單親家庭突破困境的努力與信念。
