~一、依據本市「以色列創造力資優教育參訪計畫」辦理。
二、旨揭辦法說明：
(一)參訪時間：預計 107 年 5 月、 6 月(預定 6 月 2 日至 6 月 10 日，實際依計畫核定日期為主)。
(二)參訪地點：以色列。
(三)甄選方式：
1.本參訪計畫預計甄選 15 名參訪人員，甄選對象以國民小學、國民中學一般智能、學術性向及創造能力資賦優異班或資優教育方案之教師、學校承辦資優教育行政人員或資優教育資源中心規劃執行資優教育業務人員。
2.報名資格：具有下列各款事蹟之一，
(1)國民小學及國民中學資優教育教師。
(2)國民小學及國民中學普通教師，且教授資優教育課程教學教師。
(3)學校行政人員推動資優教育者。
(4)資優教育資源中心規劃執行資優教育業務人員。
3.報名方式：檢具報名表(如附件表 1)，經由任教學校同意並核章後，核章紙本「正本」請於 107 年 3 月 13 日(星期五)中午 12 時前「掛號」寄至承辦單位(鹽水國小輔導室)，地址： 737 臺南市鹽水區朝琴路 137 號，以郵戳為憑，逾期恕不受理。
4.報名人數如超過 15 人，得辦理遴選作業，由本局擇資優教育專長相關人員，成立遴選小組進行遴選工作，遴選結果另行公布。
(四)本次參訪人員以公假自費為原則，本局酌予補助每人新臺幣 5 千元整，參訪人員回國後應依規定提交回國報告，並持續推動本市資優教育之相關業務。
