一、行政中立法第 9 條規定，公務人員不得為支持或反對特定之政黨、其他政治團體或公職候選人，從事下列政治活動或行為：
(一)動用行政資源編印製、散發、張貼文書、圖畫、其他宣傳品或辦理相關活動。
(二)在辦公場所懸掛、張貼、穿戴或標示特定政黨、其他政治團體或公職候選人之旗幟、徽章或服飾。
(三)主持集會、發起遊行或領導連署活動。
(四)在大眾傳播媒體具銜或具名廣告。
(五)對職務相關人員或其職務對象表達指示。
(六)公開為公職候選人站台、助講、遊行或拜票。
二、近日各校辦理運動會或校慶等活動，有發生邀請擬參選公職人士致詞或到校散發傳單等情事，請各校確實依行政中立法審慎妥處，避免涉及行政不中立。
