主旨：各校(園)公教同仁應以身作則樹立形象，共同維護酒後不
開(騎)車之法紀，作為全民之榜樣，並請校(園)加強宣導
正確觀念，請 查照。
說明：
一、重申市府 102 年 6 月 25 日府人考字第 1020528080 號函(諒達)
轉行政院人事行政總處 102 年 6 月 21 日總處培字第 10200386
48 號函意旨。
二、 102 年 6 月 11 日總統令業已修正「中華民國刑法」第 185 條
之 3 規定，加重酒駕肇事刑責，以有效遏止酒駕犯行，全民
均應秉持勿以惡小而為之之心態，避免重蹈投機取巧所導
致重大遺憾之覆轍。
三、邇來發生公教人員酒駕肇事事件，嚴重影響政府形象，民
眾將公部門人員一體視為執法者，公教人員更應以身作則
，以維官箴，請各校利用校務會議、晨會、班親會等集會
向教職員工及學生家長加強宣導「酒後不開車」、酒駕零
容忍觀念，在飲宴中戒除勸酒習慣，酒後請選擇「指定駕
駛」或「搭乘計程車返家」等方式返家等，以避免酒後開（騎）車之危險行為。
四、公教人員如有酒駕情事，除應受刑事法令處罰外，其行政
責任之追究，將依公務員懲戒法、公務人員考績法與其施
行細則、公立高級中等以下學校校長成績考核辦法、公立
高級中等以下學校教師成績考核辦法及各相關獎懲標準表
等規定所訂標準，給予最嚴厲之處罰。
