說明：
一、依據該會 107 年 8 月 3 日原民教字第 1070049527 號函辦理。
二、為培育原住民兒童繪畫藝術創作人才，藉由繪畫藝術創作競賽，促使原住民兒童探索族群傳統文化，進而培養對部落文化的關懷與認同，且本次比賽得獎者將有機會參與國際美術交流活動，以增廣國際視野。
三、旨揭比賽資訊說明如下：
(一)實施期程：
１、徵件日期：即日起至 107 年 10 月 20 日止。
２、評審日期： 107 年 10 月 30 日。
３、頒獎典禮： 107 年 11 月 24 日假中正紀念堂演藝廳舉辦。
(二)參賽資格：就讀國內公私立幼兒園、國小及國中在學之原住民籍學生。
(三)競賽主題：「部落風情」。
(四)報名方式：
１、一律以郵寄方式寄送參賽作品，各組參賽作品應於期限內寄達，收件地點為： 95051 臺東縣臺東市更生路 474 巷 45 號（臺東縣臺東市新生國小）。
２、由學校統一辦理郵寄學生參賽作品，請學校協助於參賽作品標籤簽章，以證明參賽者具原住民籍學生身份。
３、未經學校簽章證明原住民籍學生身分者，不予評審。
四、檢附本比賽徵件簡章 1 份，比賽相關資訊另公告於該會網站及比賽活動網頁（ http://nacpc.net/）。
