一、依據行政院 107 年 8 月 2 日院授人培揆字第 10700479351 號函辦理。
二、爾後依總統副總統選舉罷免法、公職人員選舉罷免法及公民投票法舉辦之選舉、罷免及公民投票，如投票日非屬星期六、星期日或其他應放假之日者，為便利選舉區內各級機關、學校、團體、事業機構員工前往投票，是日均以放假處理；至選舉區外之各級機關、學校、團體、事業機構員工，其戶籍設在選舉區內具投票權者，亦比照辦理。
三、至適用勞動基準法之勞工，其放假及工資給付等事項，仍請依主管機關勞動部之規定辦理。
四、行政院 82 年 6 月 28 日台 82 人政字第 22024 號函及 84 年 4 月 8 日台 84 人政考字第 05984 號函，自即日起停止適用。
