主旨：重申學校教職員獎懲案件應本綜覈名實原則辦理，請 查照。
說明：
一、依據本局 101 學年度第 10 次校長成績考核委員會臨時動議決議事項辦理。
二、查本市高級中等以下學校教職員獎懲案件作業規定附表(二)暨附表(三)補充規定第 2 點：「參加各項競賽或活動之參加人員、指導人員，以秩序冊註冊人員或報名單之人員為依據，比賽後不得以任何理由更改。」旨在發揮覈實敘獎之積極功能，避免事後任意更替敘獎人員，是各項競賽活動冊列人員應以實際參與、指導或管理人員為限，不得有浮濫或借名情事。
三、邇來發現部分人員未實際參與或指導競賽活動，而於秩序冊或報名單中假列為指導、管理人員，致使敘獎時產生未綜覈名實之不當情事，故請各校注意不得再有是類情形發生，如經本局查證屬實，將依規定撤銷該案敘獎，並議處有關人員，
以昭公信。
