一、實施日期： 108 年 7 月 13 日(星期六)、 7 月 14 日(星期日)、 7 月 21 日(星期日)共 3 日，上下午各辦理 1 場，每場次以 25 人為限，共 6 場次。
二、參加人員：全市國中小學生、教師與民眾(親子)。
三、活動費用：每人 200 元(保險費及材料費)，活動當天報到時繳交。
四、實施方式：
(一)活動內容：以海洋藝術（ DIY 手作課程）為創作主題，運用四鯤鯓當地文史或海洋生態為素材，並搭配海洋資源與海洋休閒，創作豐富多元的藝術作品。
