一、依據國教署 108 年 9 月 4 日 臺教國署國字第 1080098875 號函辦理。
二、為符應「十二年國民基本教育課程綱要」總綱實施要點所述：「中央主管機關應整合建置課程與教學資源平臺，以單一入口、分眾管理、品質篩選、共創共享與尊重智慧財產權等原則，連結各種研發教學資源，提供學生、教師、家長等參考運用。」之規定，國教署建置旨案整合平臺，自 106 年 8 月上線使用，業蒐集大量國民中小學課程及教學相關資源，並依資源性質及內容進行分類，以利使用者檢索。
