主旨：銓敘部針對現行「年撫卹金」、「月撫慰金」或「支（兼
）領月退休金之退休人員」，其領受人如因喪失國籍、再
任、褫奪公權、通緝有案尚未結案、死亡、再婚、成年及
大學畢業等法定事由而喪失或停止領受權時，訂定相關發
放原則及實務執行事項，並自 103 年 1 月 1 日起施行，請 查
照。
說明：
一、依據本府人事處案陳銓敘部 102 年 7 月 29 日部退三字第 1023
743223 號函辦理，檢附原函影本一份。
二、旨揭發放原則、實務執行作法，自 103 年 1 月 1 日起實施。
銓敘部 89 年 4 月 10 日 89 退三字第 1875142 號函、 91 年 2 月 8 日
部退四字第 0912103914 號書函、 91 年 8 月 16 日部退四字第 09
12170082 號書函及歷次函釋與前開規定未合部分，亦自同
日起停止適用。
三、至於 102 年 12 月 31 日以前喪失或停止事實已發生之案件，
其相關發放事宜，仍照原適用規定辦理。另，政務人員之年
撫卹金、月撫慰金及月退職酬勞金之發放原則，均比照
前開公務人員規定辦理。
