說明：
一、旨揭活動辦理時間：108年11月9日（星期六）上午8時30分至下午12時45分。
二、活動地點：臺南市南區永華國小。(臺南市中華西路一段 2 巷 17 號)。
三、參加人員：特殊兒童、手足、家長及特教志工，人數100人。 (親子務必共同參加)。
四、報名方式：公告後即接受報名，以學校為報名單位，不接受個別報名，額滿截止。
1.請於108年10月28日(星期一)前彙整參加學生及家長名單(附件二：學校報名表)並以電子郵件方式寄至tn3355@tn.edu.tw(永華國小輔導主任孔繁賢收)。
2.因名額有限，請各校特教承辦人於學校報名表寄出後，請立即來電確認是否報名成功，聯絡電話：06-2658037(永華國小輔導主任孔繁賢)。
3.本活動公告後立即接受報名，除提供各校至少1組名額外，其餘均依各校報名先後順序進行排序，額滿截止。
4.請鼓勵身心障礙兒童報名參加，若超過人數，主辦單位保留最後審核權利。(各校於接受家長報名時務必依報名先後順序填寫學校報名表，以利承辦單位提供各校至少1組名額)
5.預計於108年11月4日(星期一)前公告審核錄取結果，再請各校將結果轉知家長，並提醒家長準時參加。
