說明：
一、依據臺南市教育局 107 年 10 月 5 日南市教課（一）字第 1071109734 號函、臺南市自造教育及科技中心計畫辦理。
二、旨揭研習計畫詳如附件。
三、參加對象：臺南市自造教育及科技中心課程編撰教師優先錄取。
四、研習地點：臺南市立復興國中忠孝樓三樓生活科技教室（一）。
五、報名方式：請至本市學習護照系統報名。完成研習後核予研習時數，活動當天請給予公假登記。
六、注意事項：
(一)為響應環保及撙節費用，煩請自備杯具。
(二)為珍惜教育資源，經報名錄取人員不得無故缺席，完成報名程序之研習人員，倘因特殊緊急事件無法參加者，請於研習前 3 日辦理取消研習作業，以利主辦單位通知備取人員參加研習活動。
