一、依據衛生福利部 108 年 12 月 3 日衛授國字第 1080201898 號函辦理。
二、為培養民眾建立正確的健康飲食觀念以及落實均衡飲食的健康生活型態，衛福部國民健康署發展「我的餐盤」圖像及口訣（附件 1 ），讓民眾透過口訣，及利用拳頭、掌心暸解每餐六大類食物量，並製作「我的餐盤」均衡飲食宣導摺頁、影片、口訣歌曲等素材。
三、另衛福部國民健康署為推動民眾落實均衡飲食，刻正辦理「『餐盤好聲音』口訣歌一起唱」的活動，透過拍下跟著口訣歌一起唱的影片，或發揮創意改編歌曲，上傳到指定活動頁面，就有機會獲得豐富好禮。活動自 11 月 13 日起至 12 月 31 日為止，活動海報及宣導標語詳如附件 3 ，敬請協助轉知全校師生踴躍參加，詳情請見活動頁面 https://singmyplate.learneating.com/#/。
