說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署108年12月31日臺教國署學字第1080153672號函辦理。
二、為預防學生發生兒少保護事件，請學校及幼兒園針對高關懷學生於109年春節前完成訪視，並加強脆弱家庭評估辨識，如：知悉兒少遭受傷害情事、有兒少受到不當對待或家庭有協助需求者，並依法進行責任通報，通報「校安通報」、「社會安全網─關懷 e起來」平臺或社政單位處理，應依法於 24小時內通報，並提供必要之輔導協助。請各校於109年1月22日前至本局資訊中心線上填報系統(編號11096)，填報上開執行情形(109 年春節關懷訪視執行調查表)。
三、請各校建立「在校生曾通報兒少保護事件或高風險家庭之學生名冊」，據以持續追蹤，於寒假期間，由學輔人員(學務處、輔導室、導師、輔導教師)電話聯繫或家訪，主動關懷學生及案家，給予協助或通知社政、警政、民政(村里長、村里幹事)協處，假期後，主動關心學生出缺席及身心有無異狀。
四、請提供學生可向學校或學輔人員求助的電話；讓學生知悉學區內愛心商店的地點，以備需要時可就近求助；並請強化學生可撥打110 及113 專線求助之資訊。
五、檢附來函（附件1）及「臺南市脆弱家庭暨兒少關懷篩檢指標」(附件2)各1份供參。
