說明：
一、依據內政部 109 年 2 月 3 日內授移字第 1090930612 號函辦理，並檢附原函 1 份。
二、查「臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例」第 9 條第 5 項明定現職及退離職人員進入大陸地區返臺後，應向（原）服務機關或委託機關通報，並自 108 年 9 月 1 日施行。
三、基於政府一體、簡政便民與行政規定之一致性，對於具多重通報身分之公務員與特定身分人員（含退離職）進入大陸地區返臺後，渠等通報處理原則如下：
(一)現職人員具多重通報身分者，赴陸返臺後通報表送交現職服務機關；若其原退離職列管服務機關有瞭解通報之需要時，得進行必要之查報，或由機關間相互進行通報資訊分享等行政協處。
(二)退離職人員（無現職）具多重通報身分者，應向退離職最後一個列管機關送交通報表，倘遇有送交通報機關管制期屆滿之情形，則依次向前一個列管且仍保有管制期間之機關送交。
