說明：
一、 本校為培養專業表演藝術優秀人才之學府，設有京劇、民俗技藝、戲曲音樂、歌仔戲、劇場藝術及客家戲六學系，招收國小五年級起至國中、高職及四技部之學生。國小至高職提供公費培養：包含學雜費、伙食、書籍及制服(代收代辦則依照學校公告收取)。
二、 招生部級說明(包含新生及轉學生)
(一)國小部：自國小五年級招生，科系有京劇科及民俗技藝科。
(二)國中部：科系有戲曲音樂科、歌仔戲科及客家戲科。
(三)高職部：劇場藝術科(須參加 109 年國中教育會考後選填基北區高級中等學校免試入學志願序統一分發)。
(四)四技部：科系有京劇學系、民俗技藝學系、戲曲音樂學系、歌仔戲學系、劇場藝術學系及客家戲學系。
三、 招生期程說明：
(一)高職以下
１、 報名日期： 109 年 3 月 1 日至 6 月 29 日止。
２、 考試日期： 109 年 7 月 11 日(六)。
(二)四技部
１、 報名日期： 109 年 3 月 1 日至 5 月 3 日止。
２、 考試日期： 109 年 5 月 16 日(六)。
四、 具低收入戶身分之國小報考生及陪同家長，可申請報名費、交通費、住宿費及餐費補助，入學後可申請住宿費及生活零用金補助。
五、 具弱勢身分者報考四技部可申請報名費、交通費及住宿費補助。
