龍潭國小為自由學區，只要設籍臺南市，都可以來報到就讀，憑戶口名簿就可以直接來報到。
一、因疫情關係為避免群聚感染風險 ，爰109學年度國小新生入學登記及報到相關作業，本校受理多元入學登記及報方方式。如下：
1.委由在校兄姐協助繳交報到資料（即日起）
2.本校幼兒園學生，將報到資料交給該班老師。（即日起）
3.三月二十七日（五）8時至16時、三月二十八日（六）8時至12時至龍潭國小現場報到--- 需配合本校防疫措施：戴口罩、量體溫、手部消毒等。（就這兩天）
二、報到資料：
1.戶口名簿影本
2.報到通知單（沒收到者，不必交）
3.註明聯絡電話---父母手機、或最方便聯絡的電話
三、確認報到完成
1.繳交書面資料方式報到者，本校一收到資料，會馬上電話聯絡，親自跟家長確認「已完成報到」。
2.相關填寫表格，會交給在校兄姐帶回，幼兒園學生會委由該班老師轉交。
3.現場報到者，會直接發給相關填寫表格。
