一、依據教育部 109 年 5 月 4 日臺教社(四)字第 1090063476 號函辦理。
二、為符合教育部全國語文競賽實施要點之競賽宗旨，加強推行語文教育，教育部委請國立臺灣師範大學辦理旨揭徵稿活動，請鼓勵所屬踴躍投稿，尤以撰寫適合國中小學生朗讀之文章為佳。重要資訊如下：
(一)徵稿時間： 109 年 5 月 1 日起至 109 年 6 月 30 日止。
(二)錄取公告時間： 109 年 10 月 1 日前（公告於活動網站http://blgbun.sce.ntnu.edu.tw/composition）。
(三)收件方式：一律採電子郵寄，請寄至活動專屬信箱：blg.sce@deps.ntnu.edu.tw。如有相關問題請洽活動專線 0800-699-566 或 02-77493664 。
(四)注意事項：為提高初審效益，投件時，請投稿者先依文章內容逕自評估為適合學生朗讀或成人朗讀，故請於文章首行及檔名註明為：「學生朗讀組」或「成人朗讀組」。
