說明：
一、為鼓勵本市學生開口說英文，本府結合現有英語友善資源(臺南英語友善地圖網站、臺南英語資源網)辦理旨揭活動，期藉由拍攝英語介紹影片增進學童英語口說能力，將英文融入日常生活；亦使本市英語友善店家提高曝光率並宣傳本市打造英語友善城市之成果，讓外籍人士對本市英語友善店家有更深入了解，促進外國觀光客人次，達雙贏效果。
二、競賽辦法(兒童組):
(一)參賽者至臺南市政府第二官方語言專案辦公室-臺南英語友善線上地圖頁面，挑選至少 1 間店家進行拍攝，讓即將前往消費的外籍人士對店家/餐廳有更多的了解，呈現方式不限。
(二)全片須以英語對話或旁白，並含有雙語菜單或型錄畫面之露出。
(三)影片內容含有歐美語系外籍人士參與、中英文字幕、畫面露出英語友善標章者可獲得加分。凡是投稿作品皆有機會刊登於主辦單位的英語友善店家頁面。
三、評分標準:
(一)主題詮釋(20%):達到英語友善店家或臺南美食推廣效果
(二)影片技巧(10%):拍攝技巧、剪輯能力、鏡頭語言、音效後製
(三)創意表達(30%):主題及創意串連性
(四)表達能力(40%):影片傳達及英文表達能力
四、獎勵辦法:
(一)各獎項每名各得獎金及獎狀乙張。
(二)凡投稿參賽並通過審核者，可獲得限量黑熊零錢包乙份。數量有限，送完為止!
１、金牌獎，獲獎金新臺幣 7,000 元整，獎狀乙紙，共 1 名
２、銀牌獎，獲獎金新臺幣 3,500 元整，獎狀乙紙，共 1 名
３、銅牌獎，獲獎金新臺幣 2,000 元整，獎狀乙紙，共 1 名
４、佳作，獎狀乙紙，共 3 名
五、「2020 臺南美食國民外交大使影片競賽活動」提供參與者及優勝者獎金等獎項，希冀藉由英語影片競賽方式提升學生英文口說能力，為能使學生周知相關訊息，特發此函公告周知，惠請 貴校鼓勵學生踴躍參與，活動宣傳網頁:https://reurl.cc/xZ8xWE 。
