說明：
一、為鼓勵親子共學母語，運用閩南、客家、原民、新住民等母語，拍攝與母親互動的創意影片，引導學子表達對媽媽的愛、感謝與祝福，讓母親更能感受親情溫暖。
二、參加對象: 本市各國民小學學生。
三、辦理方式規定如下：
(一)比賽組別:
1.分為低年級組、中年級組及高年級組。
2.母語語言別分為閩南語、客家語、原民語及新住民語。
(二) 送件規定：
1.家庭成員以母語，與母親對話互動，彼此表達愛、感謝與祝福。
2.家長或教師協助拍攝影片後，各校擇優(件數不限)送件參加本影片徵集。
3.影片片長以30-60秒為限(含片頭及片尾)，無須剪輯與配樂，不用上旁白字幕。。
4.以*.avi；*.mpg；*.mov；*.mp4等4種檔案格式為主，影片解析度1280(W)×720(H)像素以上。
5.影片須為橫式（可使用手機、數位相機、攝影機等影音器材拍攝，請架設腳架拍攝以求畫面穩定；手機拍攝時，請採橫向拍攝）。
6.其餘事項請詳閱本案實施計畫(內含報名表、作品說明表及肖像使用同意書)。
四、收件方式：
1.報名日期:即日起至本(109)年9月10日(星期三，以郵戳為憑止)。
2.報名方式：請填附「影片徵集活動報名表」(附件1)及「影片徵集活動作品說明表」(附件2)以及「肖像使用同意書」(附件3)，於報名時連同影片(核章掃描檔跟odt檔)上傳至http://163.26.86.121:5000/sharing/9i562ERoF。
3.所有參賽作品須統一經由學校推薦送件。
五、檢附本案相關資料（含實施計畫、報名表、作品說明表及肖像使用同意書)。
