說明：
一、依據本局 109 年 3 月 12 日南市教安（二）字第 1090301146G 號函及本市 109 年度環境教育輔導團工作計畫辦理。
二、旨揭競賽以水資源為主軸，運用生活科技來落實環境教育的創新概念，期透過創意活動使學生更瞭解地球水資源有限，實踐護溪護水的公民責任，並引導學生思考有效的節水儲水及淨水觀念。
三、競賽資訊摘述如下：
(一)競賽組別(年級皆以跨暑假後之年級為主)：
１、國小組(國小三至六年級學生，不得跨校)，團隊 3 至 6 人(含指導老師)。
２、國中組(國中一至三年級學生，不得跨校)，團隊 3 至 6 人(含指導老師)。
(二)競賽主題：
１、雨撲滿創意競賽：在假設情境下，學生藉由觀察、蒐集、實驗、行動、與創作等方式來珍愛水資源，驗證保護水資源人人有責，對全球的乾旱水患、節水儲水議題有更深入的認識。
２、水質淨化創意競賽：在假設情境下，藉由學生的思考力、創造力，與技術創新能力，建立一個濾水系統，能夠降低污水的濁度、平衡酸鹼度、導電度及增加水中的溶氧。
(三)初審報名方式：
１、報名日期：即日起至 109 年 9 月 16 日下午 5 時止(以送達日郵戳為憑，爰請注意時效)，逾期不予受理。
２、報名表及檢附資料請參閱附件，寄送至中華醫事科技大學-水環境教育中心收(地址： 717 臺南市仁德區文華 1 街 89 號)。
(四)獎勵方式：經複賽後，各組依競賽主題評選並頒發獎狀及禮券，另主辦單位將輔導特優組別，參加教育部辦理「第三屆學校環境教育實作競賽」。
