說明：
一、依據本府 110 年 5 月 18 日府衛疾字第 1100612509 號函辦理。
二、因應國內發生某航空公司機師感染案，且發生 COVID-19 本土感染個案疫情，經疫調發現確診個案曾出入接觸人數眾多不易維持社交距離，且近距離接觸不特定人之場所。
三、為及早發現可能之潛在社區感染風險並加以圍堵，確保社區民眾安全，請貴校(園)推廣親師生踴躍下載使用「臺灣社交距離 App」，摘述如下：
(一)目的：鼓勵親師生於出入接觸人數眾多不易維持社交距離，且近距離接觸不特定人之場所使用，以掌握與確診個案接觸情形，保障自身安全。
(二)隱私性： App 下載無須註冊及登錄資料，不會擷取使用者資訊，也無任何個人資料上傳。相關接觸資料僅儲存於個人手機端 14 天，政府和開發端均無資料庫儲存個資，具備嚴密維護隱私機制。
(三)告警：利用藍牙訊號強弱計算使用者之間的距離，並以嚴密的技術將接觸資料去識別化。若確診者同意上傳去識別化接觸資料，符合告警條件（如曾與確診者於 2 公尺內接觸 2 分鐘）的用戶手機將出現 App 告警畫面，由用戶端自主向衛生單位通報。
(四)自主上傳：當使用者接獲通知為確診者時，衛生局人員經主動詢問及獲得使用者同意後，將給予一組驗證碼上傳確診者之去識別化資料，供該程式進行接觸者比對。
四、有關「臺灣社交距離 App」教學簡報、常見問答集、宣導海報及教學影片公布於衛生福利部疾病管制署全球資訊網（ https://www.cdc.gov.tw/）＞嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎＞臺灣社交距離 App 及採檢地圖項下，提供各界下載參考運用。
