一、依據內政部移民署 113 年 2 月 1 日移署移字第 11300157743 號函辦理。

二、旨揭計畫重點摘述如下：

(一)受理及獲獎公告期間：

１、報名期間：自 113 年 2 月 22 日至 113 年 3 月 22 日於新住民及子女培力與獎助（勵）學金系統（以下簡稱本系統，網址： https://sp.immigration.gov.tw ）完成線上申請，並自系統列印具有流水編號之申請表（務請簽名）、申請清冊後，併附相關佐證資料，於 113 年 3 月 29 日前，郵寄至內政部移民署（ 10066 臺北市中正區廣州街 15 號）彙辦，以郵戳為憑，逾期恕不受理。

２、獲獎名單公告：預計 113 年 5 月底。

(二)申請對象：新住民及子女。

(三)核發獎項及金額：

１、核發獎項：包括新住民子女特殊才能獎勵金、總統教育獎勵金、新住民及子女優秀及清寒獎（助）學金與新住

金。

(四)報名方式：

１、申請「總統教育獎勵金」、「特殊才能獎勵金」、「新住民及子女優秀獎學金」及「新住民及子女清寒助學金」者，均須由「現就讀學校」至本系統申請。

２、申請「新住民證照獎勵金」者，須由「申請人」至本系統申請。

三、計畫申請報名系統於 113 年 2 月 22 日至同年 3 月 22 日開放受理報名，請貴校協助推薦及鼓勵符合條件之新住民及子女踴躍報名，並依限完成線上報名與寄送申請資料，如有報名及系統操作問題，請於報名期間之週一至週五上午 9 時至下午 5 時 30 分，逕洽內政部移民署下列專線：

(一)報名作業諮詢專線：(02)2388-9393 分機 2604 、 2605 、 2606 、 2548 、 2549 及 2579 。

(二)系統操作服務專線：(04)2326-5200 分機 223 、 587 、 212 、 399 、 357 及 316 。

四、檢附本計畫 1 份（如附件）。
