一、依據銓敘部 112 年 1 月 10 日部退三字第 11255256271 號函辦理。
二、該部訂自 112 年 1 月 16 日起，將公(政)務人員退休(職)證改為數位退休(職)證，並介接行政院人事行政總處公務人員個人資料服務網(MyData)【以下簡稱 MyData 網站】製發，自該日起，退休(職)人員可至 MyData 網站，經驗證身分後下載數位退休(職)證或自行列印紙本留存。
三、適用對象：
(一)112 年 1 月 16 日起退休(職)生效之公(政)務人員，已經審定者，自該日起；新審定者，自審定函發文日起第 3 天，得至 MyData 網站查詢下載數位退休(職)證；至於已經審定自 112 年 1 月 16 日以後退休(職)生效者，原已核發之實體退休(職)證仍可繼續使用。
(二)112 年 1 月 15 日以前退休(職)之公(政)務人員，得視需求由本人或經由服務機關向銓敘部提出申請，經同意後亦得以相同方式下載數位退休(職)證；未申請換發數位退休(職)證者，原已核發之實體退休(職)證亦仍可繼續使用。
四、公(政)務人員退休(職)證自 112 年 1 月 16 日正式改為數位退休(職)證後，實體退休(職)證不再發給，因此持有實體退休(職)證之退休(職)人員爾後如有遺失或污損而申請補(換)發者，一律改適用數位退休(職)證。
