一、導護補休方式及期限：值勤滿一週次可選擇補休半日或補休 3 小時，並於值勤結束翌日起六個月內申請。
二、輪值滿兩週次導護工作放棄補假者給予嘉獎乙次，一學年最多敘嘉獎二次。
