1.參賽主題：「校園防疫總動員，清除孳生源」。
2.參賽資格：國小5-6(高)年級學生(不含補校)、國中1-3年級學生及高中1-3年級學生，參賽者未滿20歲者，應由法定代理人於著作財產權讓與切結書共簽章，法定 代理人位共同簽章者不納入評選。
3.收件日期：107年10月1日至31日止。
