一、本競賽宗旨為：為提升國內高中、國中(小)學生數學程度，與國際數學接軌，發掘優秀人才。
二、本競賽為國際競賽，試題為全英試題。
三、獲獎學生及參賽證書皆由 MWB 組委會頒發，將於賽後自保加利亞直接寄出。
四、學校可與本會索取歷屆積分賽試題了解比賽內容。
