二、國教署委請國立臺灣師範大學建置「Cool English英語線上學習平臺」，提供免費且優質之全方位英語線上資源，俾中小學師生透過平臺課程進行教學及學習，爰辦理「運用 Cool English 網站資源‧融入英語課程教學」教案徵稿比賽。
