因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情，考量學生自 110 年 5 月 17 日三級警戒迄今皆未到校實體上課，其可能產生之身心適應性問題，特為本市國中、小學生及家長製作旨揭安心開學圖卡及開學小叮嚀，旨揭圖卡及開學小叮嚀各分為「學生版」及「家長版」，針對學生給予心理衛生上之專業支持及提供家長協助學生順利適應校園生活之相關建議，特此敘明。
