(一)遴選資格：設籍∕就讀∕居住本市之年滿 12 歲至未滿 18 歲（即 93 年 1 月 2 日以後出生），關心兒少福利和權益，或參與公共事務、志願服務、社會公益團體活動或其他相關經驗者。
