說明：
一、依據高級中等以下學校體育班設立辦法及 112 年 4 月 17 日南市體競字第 1120469238 號函辦理 。
二、報名日期：即日起 至 5 月 9 日上午 8:30~11:30 ，下午 1:00~ 下午 4:10 。
三、報名地點：臺南市立土城高級中學註冊組(臺南市安南區安中路五段 265 號)。
四、甄選項目名額：射箭 10 名、輕艇 10 名、女子壘球 10 名。
五、術科測驗日期： 112 年 5 月 10 日（星期三）下午 13 ： 30 開始測驗。
