仁愛國小１１2 新生啟蒙禮活動

  1. 日期： 112 年８月２7 日　早上 08 ： 00～１０：３０
  2. 地點：活動中心二樓(由仁愛路大門進出，機車請停大門對面北極玄天宮廟埕）
  3. 新生文件寄送：新生啟蒙禮所需文件於 8 月 15 日統一寄出，約一週內可收到，如未收到請來電告知 06-7222227-809 （許書銘主任、郭瑾融組長）
  4. 當日報到注意事項：

  （ 1 ）報到時出示【登機證】並繳交【路隊調查表】與【親師溝通單】。

  （ 2 ）繳交【校服購買登記表及費用】(請自備零錢)。

  （ 3 ）將已書寫完成的【祝福卡】與【仁愛福panda（未來信）】攜至現場。

  （ 4 ）信函裡附上新生啟蒙活動流程及導師愛的叮嚀等相關表單。
