一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 113 年 3 月 4 日臺教國署國字第 1130030518 號函辦理。
二、活動目的：
(一)藉由『我享有的兒童權利』繪畫創作，展現學生創意。
(二)透過參賽作品展出，導引社會大眾對兒童權利的關注及重視，同時讓兒童認識兒童權利的項目，藉此發揮社會教育、喚起行動的宣導效果。
三、參賽對象:全國 12 歲以下的國小及幼兒園兒童。
四、競賽主題:以『我享有的兒童權利』為主題進行繪畫創作。
五、競賽獎項:
( 一)優勝： 20 名，獎金新台幣叁仟元整及獎狀乙幀。
(二)佳作： 20 名，獎金新台幣貳仟元整及獎狀乙幀。
(三)入選： 40 名，獎金新台幣伍佰元整及獎狀乙幀。
(四)參加獎勵：每位參賽者均可獲得紀念品一份。
