二、旨揭活動資訊摘要如下：
（一）對象： 12-18 歲青少年，弱勢兒少優先，約 35 名。
（二）活動內容：
1 、探索團體：生涯團體暨技藝工坊七次、暑期自立生活營三天兩夜。
2 、自我提升：共學食堂及課後輔導、服務學習、好讀計畫等。
3 、支持補強：個人與家庭關懷、親子共學旅行等。
4 、活動日期及相關資訊請參閱附件。
（三）報名方式： 4/12(週五)截止前，以傳真、 Line 或親送等方式，繳交報名表。
