說明：
一、依據嘉義市政府 114 年 12 月 12 日府教終字第 1140335661 號函續辦 。
二、旨揭考試資訊如下：
(一)報名日期、時間： 115 年 2 月 5 日（星期四）起至 115 年 2 月 8 日（星期日）止(上午 9 時至 12 時；下午 1 時 30 分至 4 時)，含假日，計 4 天。
(二)報名地點：本市善化區善化國民小學(教務處)，應考人可親自或委託他人至現場報名。
(三)考試日期： 115 年 3 月 8 日（星期日）。
(四)考試地點：第一試場(善化國小)為一般民眾試場，第二試場(臺南監獄)為入監服刑人特設試場，特設試場視受刑人報名狀況而設。
