一、依據總統府秘書長 115 年 3 月 10 日華總一智字第 11510013390 號函辦理。
二、依憲法增修條文第 7 條第 2 項規定，監察院設監察委員 29 人，並以其中 1 人為院長、 1 人為副院長，任期 6 年，由總統提名，經立法院同意任命之。
三、現任第 6 屆監察委員任期將於 115 年 7 月 31 日屆滿，為協助提名工作，總統核定設置第 7 屆監察委員提名審薦小組，於 3 月 10 日召開第 1 次會議，決議自即日起至 3 月 31 日止，公開接受社會各界推（自）薦優秀人才。
四、監察委員須年滿 35 歲，並具有監察院組織法第 3 條之 1 第 1 項各款資格之一，且不得有公務人員任用法第 28 條第 1 項各款，國籍法第 10 條、第 18 條，及臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例第 9 條之 1 、第 21 條第 1 項等規定之情事。

(一)第 7 屆監察委員候選人推（自）薦書暨相關附件電子檔下載，均請詳閱總統府全球資訊網首頁「公告」專區(https://www.president.gov.tw 。
(二)候選人推（自）薦書及相關文件，請於 3 月 31 日（星期二）（含）前掛號郵寄： 100006 臺北市中正區重慶南路 1 段 122 號總統府「第 7 屆監察委員提名審薦小組」，以郵戳為憑。
