一、招生系所：藥學系（含碩士班、在職專班）、環境與職業安全衛生系（含環境管理碩士班、碩士在職專班）、休閒運動管理系（含休閒事業管理碩士班、碩士在職專班）、文化創意產業研究所碩士在職專班、社會工作系（含碩士班）等 5 個系所。
二、碩士班考試入學報名日期： 109 年 3 月 2 日至 3 月 24 日，口試日期： 109 年 4 月 18 日。
