小新國小營養午餐一律選用國產豬

各位家長，大家好：

因應含萊克多巴胺的美國豬肉明年元旦將開放進口，有關學校午餐食材的採購，特別在此向各位家長說明。

  • 依據學校衛生法規定，學校供應膳食，食材應優先採用經農委會認證可溯源的在地優良農產品，所以小新國小午餐食材的肉品在菜單開立時選用「國產肉品」，一定使用國產豬，本校目前只有使用(台糖肉品)，其品質與來源均有認證，請家長放心。
  • 本校在菜單開立時不提供香腸、貢丸等肉類加工（再製）品。
  • 本校遵循教育局精心設計之學校午餐生鮮肉品選購六字訣「認、 C、鮮、減、驗、退」，作為學校食材驗收及國產肉品選用要項。
  • 台南市教育局每年都會採購萊克多巴胺快速檢驗試劑供學校抽檢學校午餐肉品，未來檢驗頻率再提升，本來為 1年 5劑，新學年度將改為 1 學期 5 劑。
  • 此外，台南市各級學校午餐食材均已登錄於「教育部校園食材登錄平臺」網站(https://fatraceschool.k12ea.gov.tw/frontend/)，包括食材原料、品名、供應商等，食材資訊公開透明，歡迎各位家長們共同監督關心。
  • 最後，學校會加強食農教育，使學生了解午餐食材來源，理解在地食材與飲食文化。
