一、依據衛生福利部疾病管制署 110 年度校園 BNT 疫苗接種計畫辦理。
二、本（ 110 ）年 BNT 疫苗接種接種相關事項如下：
(一)接種對象：校園接種作業實施對象：我國國小(年齡滿 12 歲(含))、國中、高中、高職及五專一至三年級(含 17 歲(含)以下專四及專五)學生、少年矯正學校及輔育院學生，以及自學學生。
(二)接種時程： 110 年 9 月 22 日至 110 年 10 月 8 日。
(三)攜帶證件：請攜帶健保卡。
(四)注意事項：
１、 BNT 疫苗與流感疫苗不得同時接種，至少應間隔 7 天。
２、 BNT 疫苗與 HPV 疫苗不得同時接種，至少應間隔 14 天。
(五)學生於接種前應完成「BioNTech (BNT162b2) COVID-19 疫苗學生接種評估暨意願書」。
三、檢附 COVID-19 疫苗學生校園接種作業問答輯 1 份。
