各位家長好，以下事項宣導：
1.10/21(星期一) 發下蟯蟲黏貼片檢具. 尿液試管與塑膠杯。
2. 蟯蟲檢查(10/22.10/23)
蟯蟲採樣要做兩天，在 10/22(二 )和 10/23(三)早上採樣。請在孩子一起床還沒上廁所前進行，樣本才較準確。
3. 尿液檢查(10/23):
在 10/23(三)早上收集孩子一早起床的中段尿液，裝入試管到八分滿的地方。
請記得前一晚， 10/22 晚上禁用含維他命 C 的藥品 ，也不要喝果 汁或可樂類飲品。
4.蟯蟲貼片和尿液試管都是 10/23(三)早上帶來學校繳交 。
上述兩樣檢具，會用夾鏈袋裝給孩子。10/23(三)早上，可以將兩樣檢體裝 入夾鏈袋中。
尤其尿液試管，請家長務必協助蓋好，以免發生慘案，謝謝家長的協助。
