說明：
一、依據臺南市 113 學年度推動戶外教育及海洋教育總體計畫辦理。
二、本案係配合教育部推動海洋教育學習與推廣政策，提升校園海洋教育參與率，同時鼓勵本市師生從事海洋文學創作，深化學童對海洋生態的關心與探索，落實海洋教育向下扎根的基礎，爰辦理旨揭計畫。
三、旨揭實施計畫內容重點摘要如下：
(一)承辦單位：本市戶外教育及海洋教育中心
(二)參加對象：本市公私立國民中學、國民小學(三~六年級)之學生個人創作。
(三)徵件期程：即日起至 114 年 3 月 31 日。
(四)報名方式：線上報名(https://audition.doeco.com.tw/)。參賽者登入『漫畫．慢話～為海洋發聲』四格漫畫徵選網站，填寫個人基本資料並設定帳戶密碼，完成註冊後，即可進入比賽頁面。
(五)獲獎名額：國小中年級入選 30 名，優選 2 名。國小高年級
入選 40 名，優選 2 名。國中入選 30 名，優選 2 名。視實際參與情況彈性調整獲獎名額。
