「2021年第十一屆氣候變遷國中小繪畫創作比賽」活動，

主旨：「2021年第十一屆氣候變遷國中小繪畫創作比賽」活動，
因應國際賽開放報名徵件，繳件日期延至5月3日(一)止。
鼓勵師生踴躍參與。
說明：
一、由教育部、環境保護署、海洋委員會共同指導，本會主辦
之「2021年第十一屆氣候變遷國中小繪畫創作比賽」以
「小水滴大冒險」作為主題，並首度增加國際賽，其活動
報名與繳件日期自即日起至5月3日(一)止。詳細比賽實施
辦法請參考附件一及附件二或至活動官網(painting.
taise.org.tw)查詢。
二、活動對象為全國國中及國小學生，本屆起新增國小低年級
著色組，並擴大辦理國際賽，總獎金高達新台幣22萬元，
敬請鼓勵學生創作，踴躍參與。
三、全國賽與國際賽獲獎學生可獲頒獎狀、畫冊及獎金；指導
老師亦將贈予感謝狀及畫冊，詳情請參閱比賽實施辦法(如
附件)。得獎作品將陸續於國立海洋科技博物館、國立科學
工藝博物館、臺北捷運地下街展出。
四、本活動旨在倡議「氣候變遷」議題的重要性，呼應聯合國
永續發展目標6「淨水與衛生」、13「氣候行動」與14「海
洋生態」，讓學生透過繪畫創作過程，了解環境保護的意
涵，實踐氣候行動。期盼提升學生對善用資源、節能減
碳、愛護水資源、減少使用塑膠製品等認知，從日常生活
為地球環境盡一份心力，鼓勵教師可將其列入教學，輔導
學生創作。
五、鼓勵教師將本活動融入環境教育與永續發展課程，以團體
為單位響應氣候行動，可至行政院環境保護署環境教育終
生學習網(elearn.epa.gov.tw)申請開課，並於課後登錄師
生學習時數，認證時數依課程教師實際上課時數為準，詳
見附件三及附件四。
六、為推廣環境教育與本活動，特別增設抽獎活動，鼓勵一般
民眾、團體報名及偏鄉地區學生踴躍參與，參與辦法詳見
附件五。
七、懇請貴校轉知比賽辦法，協助推廣活動資訊(海報電子檔如
附件六)，並將繪畫主題列入美術(勞)教學課程，輔導學生
創作以增進環境保護知能。相關資訊請上活動官網查詢。
八、本會整理並提供比賽主題相關知識，如氣候變遷、永續發
展、海洋永續及水資源等作為教師教學之參考，詳如附件
七，敬請教師多加利用，更多相關資料請至活動官網
