說明：
一、依據 111 年 12 月 2 日 112 學年度五專優先免試入學招生委員會第 2 次委員會議通過旨揭招生簡章規定辦理。原採計技藝教育課程平均總成績，修正為該課程以單一學期之百分制成績擇優採計。
二、「五專優先免試入學-超額比序項目採計說明」相關規定，技藝優良積分採計國中就學時期至 112 年 5 月 14 日(含)前取得為限，技藝教育課程成績（以單一學期之百分制成績擇優採計）達 90 分以上者得 3 分、 80 分以上未滿 90 分者得 2.5 分、 70 分以上未滿 80 分者得 1.5 分、 60 分以上未滿 70 分者得 1 分。
三、敬請轉知輔導貴校學生並公告周知。
