一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 112 年 4 月 13 日臺教國署學字第 1120046851 號函辦理。
二、為落實推動性別平等教育，教育署國民及學前教育署性別平等教育資源中心及性別平等教育議題中央輔導團以「尊重多元、精彩綻放」為軸線，設計簡報與學習單，請鼓勵貴校教師透過課程或班級活動等適當時機向學生宣導。
二、旨揭簡報及學習單分別掛載於下列網站：
(一)高中教育階段（含特殊教育）掛載於本署「性別平等教育資源中心」（ https://gender.nhes.edu.tw/）。
(二)國中及國小（分低、中、高年級）教育階段掛載於本署「教育部國民中小學課程與教學資源整合平臺(CIRN)」（ https://cirn.moe.edu.tw/Module/index.aspx?sid=1129 ）
