主旨：檢送「112 年臺南市政府及所屬機關學校創新提案競賽實施計畫」，敬請鼓勵同仁踴躍參與提案，詳如說明，請查照辦理。
說明：
一、依據「112 年臺南市政府及所屬機關學校創新提案競賽實施計畫」辦理。
二、為鼓勵本府及所屬機關、單位、學校（以下簡稱各機關學校）員工對於市政發展提出創新思維或興革建議，特訂定本計畫。
三、本創新提案由員工經各機關學校提送主管單位，各機關學校應對所屬員工之創新提案進行審查，除有本計畫不受理之情形外，應於期限內擇優函送主管單位彙辦。
四、請鼓勵所屬踴躍參加，若有創新提案，則參照提案表格式，於本（ 112 ）年 11 月 30 日前，由各機關（單位）彙整後函送本府研究發展考核委員會彙辦。
