二、依公保第 9 次精算結果，考試院會同行政院於 113 年 8 月 5 日會銜重行釐定公保之保險費率如下：
(一)不適用年金規定之被保險人由 7.83％調整為 7.22％。
(二)適用基本年金（ 35 年）之被保險人由 10.16％調整為 8.89％。
